How am I billed?+
4bqb Pro is billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Pick monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($48/year — two months free). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and Paddle emails you a receipt for every charge.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — anytime, no phone calls or emails required. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you're never cut off mid-cycle.
What happens to my Pro features if I cancel?+
Nothing changes right away. You keep unlimited play, 16-player lobbies, and two concurrent rooms through the end of your current billing period. After that your account simply drops to the Free tier — full game library, a one-hour daily cap, up to 4 friends, and one lobby at a time. You never lose your account.
Do you offer refunds?+
We do, within the terms of our refund policy. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method — just reach out and we'll help sort it out.
What payment methods can I use?+
All major credit and debit cards, plus the additional methods Paddle supports in your region (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available). The exact options appear in Paddle's secure checkout based on where you are.
Is there a free option?+
Always. You can play the full game library for free with no account at all — guests get 30 minutes per day. Sign up for a free account and that jumps to a full hour per day, with up to 4 friends per lobby and one lobby at a time. Go Pro only when you want the daily cap gone, bigger lobbies, and a second concurrent room.
